The coloring is pretty good but the anatomy is kind of off. Her head is a bit lopsided. Try working on your chins, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it with time. Well, the clothing is a bit hard to see, so perhaps with your next avatars, try doing it in a different position? Possibly a standing position, that way her arms and legs won't be blocking her pretty dress. Also, the blush is a bit too much, it looks like her skin is changing colors, rather than blushing. It goes a bit too far over her eyes, so look out for that next time.
